Margarita L. Gomez, 71, went to be with the Lord December 31st, 2017. Born in Reynosa, Tamaulipas Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Cosme & Matilde Liscano.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Cosme and Matilde Liscano

She is Survived by her husband Carlos T. Gomez, Children: Alfredo (Guadalupe) Trevino of Pharr, Texas. Angel R. Trevino of Keller, Texas. Susan (Gregorio) Trevino-Gonzalez of Iowa, Carlos Gomez JR, of McAllen, Texas, and Vivian (Timoteo) Gomez-Ruiz of San Juan, Texas. As well as many grandkids and great grandkids.

Visitation will take place on January 4th at 10:00am-9:00pm at Vaughan Watson Funeral Home in Edinburg, Texas. A rosary will be held at 7:00pm.

Funeral Mass is scheduled for January 5th, 2018 at 1:00pm at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in McAllen, Texas. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen ,Texas.
