Oscar  leaves behind his mother: Eloisa Zapata Villarreal; his father: Oscar Inez Villarreal, Sr.; his girlfriend: Lina Olvera and his stepson: Phoenix Olvera; his brother and sister-in-law: Jason Villarreal and Bianca Silva, and his nephew: Jason Lee Villarreal, Jr.; his brother: Leroy Zapata and nieces and nephews: Stephanie Zapata, Olaya Zapata, Leroy Zapata, Jr. and Elijah Zapata; his grandmother: Aruella Villarreal; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
