Elvira G. Colunga, 45, died Sunday September 1, 2019 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital. She is survived by her husband Ernesto Gonzalez, her daughter Xenia Castillo and her son Richard Castillo. She is going to be greatly missed by her family and friends.
