Sofia G. Ramirez

Born in Harlingen November 6, 1934 went to be with our lord and savior Jesus Christ She is preceded in death by her husband the love of her life: Gilberto (Beto) Ramirez , daughter Margarita , Mother Lupita Alvarado , one brother Benigno Torres and several half-brothers. She is survived by a sister Minnie Rocha (Joe Martinez) , Daughters: Frances (Erasmo) Alaniz ,Sofia (Juan Jose) Zuniga ,Sons: Gilberto Ramirez Jr, Pedro (Marylou) Ramirez ,Mike (Silvia) Ramirez, Rene (Rosie) Ramirez ,29 grandchildren , 32 Great grandchildren, one great great  grandchild, Several Nieces and Nephews. Sofia was a devoted catholic to ST. Joseph Parish always helping out with praying rosaries at funerals. She was always willing to lend a hand and visit people at home or hospitals that were sick. She will be remembered for her happy smiling face. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
