James "JD" Copeland Sr. (66) has gone to be with the Lord. He is proceeded in death by his parents William and Betty Copeland. JD is survived by his wife Teresa Simmons Copeland, his four children Michael Balli, Steven Balli, James Copeland Jr, Jennifer Copeland, his siblings Bill Copeland, Don Copeland, Jane Copeland, as well as his five grandchildren Steven Balli, Lauren Ballay, Jayden Balli, Matthew Balli, Gabriella Balli. JD was a pilot, an avid golfer, and a life member of Son of the American Legion Squardron 37 in McAllen. May he rest in peace. He will be missed by many.
